Return & Exchanges
OneFigure by Samuel Levi is designed to be easy.
Unfortunately due to the outbreak of COVID-19, we are unable to guarantee and offer any returns, refunds or exchanges on our products at this stage for all hygienic, health and safety reasons. Due to the nature of our products, please double check all orders, before purchasing. A matter we take very seriously, for the protection of our customers and handling of all products.
Please note: If you are using a discount code, and or purchasing a sale item. We will not be allowing any refunds, and or returns on these products, under any circumstances.
For any unused and or damaged items, please email email@example.com with further details, including your order number, and images so we can assist further at our discretion.
In the unfortunate case of a return needed, the return of any products must not have been opened or used, and come back in original packaging and state. All shipping costs will be liable by the customer. Once this has been done, we can look into providing a refund of the product amount.
We always ask, to please double check your order, before purchasing as we will not be allowing any refunds, and or exchanges for anything outside of the above. Including and not limited to, the following:
- Change of mind
- Wrong product and or choice
- Skin irritations. All customers should understand there own personal allergies, before purchasing any beauty products. We have this stated under our FAQ section.
All customers should also be aware and understand that our website, promotions, and marketing material can update daily to weekly. Please read all fine print on all marked down products, discounts and any other related promotions before purchasing. As these will all be final. We always make sure we place fine print, so you understand all discounts and current promotions on any products.
We do not accept any liability for damage that has occurred during the shipping process.
