How does my PRE-ORDER work?

PRE-ORDERING on currently out of stock products means, you will pay for it now and receive a few days late. You will receive it in the mail as soon as we are back in stock. Please allow approx. 4 - 5 business working days from day of purchase to have your order fulfilled and shipped out. You will receive an email notification, when your order is on its way.

If you purchase a product that includes an item in stock, and a item on pre-order. Your package will arrive all together, when your pre-order is available.

Can I use my lashes more than once?

Yes, you can. The great thing about our OneFigure by Samuel Levi lashes is that each set is reusable and can be worn up to 30 times. This is because there is no glue to clump on the lash band.

Taking proper care of your lashes will extend their lifespan, which is why we have packed them in beautiful reusable cases for you to pop them back into after use..

Are your products Cruelty-Free?

Of course! OneFigure by Samuel Levi is proud to say that no animals were harmed during the testing and production of our lashes.

OneFigure by Samuel Levi lashes are also made from the finest quality synthetic fibres that are just as soft as mink and silk lashes.

Do they cover the entire eye?

Yes, OneFigure lashes cover the entire lash line. This allows great coverage from corner to corner.

OneFigure also understands that our customers like to trim and cut their lashes to suit their individual style and length. Should you wish to trim your lashes, please ensure you leave a magnet on each edge.

Are the lashes handmade?

Yes! All of our lashes are individually handmade.

How long does the Liners take to dry?

OneFigure by Samuel Levi Magnetic Liner is simple to use and takes just two
minutes to dry. With our Gel Liner, we recommend just a minute, and our Crystal Clear Adhesive just 10-15seconds.

When applying the eyeliner make sure to focus on the two corners, where the edge magnets will stick, first. Make the line at least 1mm thick, and allow the eyeliner to completely dry before applying your lashes for maximum effect.

How your OneFigure lashes will look is dependent of your unique eye shape and

Are the ingredients safe in the Magnetic Liners?

OneFigure by Samuel Levi Magnetic Eyeliner has no heavy metals or parabens
present. All ingredients are gentle, non-toxic and are perfect for people with sensitive skin, however, if you do believe you may have a specific sensitivity to any products that involve being around the eye, any eye issues or have recently had eye surgery, please consult your doctor prior to using OneFigure products.

What is the Crystal Clear Adhesive Liner?

OneFigure Beauty's Crystal Clear Adhesive Liner, uses a revolutionary eyeliner technology, which now gives you a no "eyeliner look". Using adhesive, with no glue. The non-latex formula is re-stickable, and easy to use.

How do I clean my lashes?

We recommend just a simple wet tissue plus or a small mix of water and
micellar water to clean around the edges. Make sure you remove all residue.

The better care you take of your OneFigure by Samuel Levi lashes, the longer they will last.

What happens if one set of lashes are currently out of stock when i purchase a duo+ set?

We try our best to always be in stock, but our products sometimes sell out super quickly. If you order a Beauty Lash Kit, and one of our Lash sets are currently out of stock, your order will be placed on hold for approximately 2-3 business working days, until we can send all items out together. These will then be sent out via Express Post.

How long does shipping take?

Once you place an order it will typically take 2 to 5 business days to be delivered
(depending on where you are located). Please refer to our shipping page for more details, on state and or country.

All customers to please follow your own shipping updates via tracking number provided. All customers receive a tracking number in your shipping fulfilment email. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder first, before contacting our team.

Where are your products, made and or distributed?

All OneFigure products are designed and individually packaged and distributed in Australia.

Can I return and or exchange my product?

How does the subscription service work?

You can now have the option to choose and subscribe to a particular product from OneFigure Beauty. This will allow you a discounted rate, where you will receive a top up every 4-6weeks. Saving you time and money! Please note to unsubscribe at any time during the year, you as the customer will have to do this via your end, as our team can not cancel for you.

To be considered as a OneFigure by Samuel Levi ambassador, you must have a
minimum of 5K-10K followers, with great engagement.

Please send all requests via our contact page, these will be reviewed by our founder, Samuel Levi.

Our main office and warehouse is located in Melbourne, Australia.

What currency am i paying in?

All products are listed in AUD or NZD dollars.
